MAKE APPLICATION

We accept applications on a "first come-first serve" basis. This means that if we have an opening for one of our properties we will only process the first application package that we receive and make a decision to either rent to that group or not. A complete application package consists of the following:

1) Application - submit one for each tenant who will be occupying the property

2) Application Fee - pay $20.00 for each tenant who will be occupying the property

3) Guardian Guarantee - one signed and notarized for each tenant who will be occupying the property

4) Security Deposit - pay deposit equal to one months rent for the property you are applying for

5) Lease - one copy of the lease for the property you are applying for signed by each tenant

Please use the form below to submit an application (item number 1) for each tenant. When you have gathered items 2 through 5 please mail it to:

If you want to ensure timely delivery of your application package by over-nighting it, you will need to use Express Mail from the postal service, as they are the only carrier that delivers overnight to a PO Box number.

When your application is received you will be notified of what number applicant you are. If you are the first applicant your application will be reviewed starting immediately.

The application process generally takes 5-7 business days and you will be notified at that time whether your application package has been accepted or rejected. If your application is rejected all application items will be returned to you, except for the application fee which is non-refundable. If your application is not reviewed then your entire application package, including your application fee, will be returned to you.
