Application Process

  1. Submit an Application for each tenant-located below
  2. Submit a $20.00 Application Fee for each tenant
  3. Have all tenants sign a copy of the lease-located on property web page.
  4. Have guardians for all tenants complete a guarantee (click here to download).
  5. Submit signed copy of lease, guarantees and security deposit equal to 1 month's rent
  6. Once Applications have been approved and your lease, guarantees and security deposits have been received you will be approved for occupancy of the property of your choice providing it has not already been leased.

If you are submitting your application online, you will need to pay the $20.00 application fee either by mailing a check to PennAir or by contacting Paul Moomaw to pay by credit card.  Paul Moomaw can be reached Monday through Friday at (814) 237-6543. 
 
By paying the application fee you are giving your consent to having a credit check performed as part of the application process, and are swearing that the information you provided on your application is correct and true.
