Application packages are processed on a "first come-first served" basis. This means that as soon
as I receive a completed application package for a particular apartment I will process that application and determine whether
the applicant(s) is acceptable prior to looking at any other applications. An application package consists of the following:
- An application for each tenant (submit the online form below or you can print out a hard copy at the bottom
of this page).
- Pay a $20.00 Application Fee for each tenant .
- A copy of the lease signed by
all applicants.
- A notarized copy of a guarantee (click here to download) for each applicant.
- A check(s) for the entire security deposit.
If
multiple properties are being applied for, then a signed copy of each lease must be submitted and a security deposit that
is equal to the highest amount due for a particular property must be submitted.
All application package materials
need to be turned in together at one time with the exception of applications that are submitted by using the online form below.
Once you have gathered all the items together you should contact PennAir at 814-689-7028 to get mailing instructions.
Application packages that are not processed will be returned in their entirety. If an application package is rejected
the security deposit will be returned to the applicant(s). Application fees are non-refundable and all other paperwork
will be destroyed.
Processing an application takes approximately 1 week and notification of acceptance or rejection
will be made by email. Security deposit checks will be deposited at the time an application is deemed acceptable.
